Have you ever thought about teaching your kids about ABC and basic English through an app that has their favorite cartoon character? Well, there is this app called Elmo Loves ABCs that will help you learn ABCs and English in general. Elmo is one of the most favorable characters you will see on-screen in the cartoon show and kids love him.

So the app’s whole purpose is to learn the alphabet and letters. This is an app that is full of games and activities and videos, so it’s a whole combination of different features. I don’t think this app is designed for adults and elders at all, so if you are looking for an English learning app as your second langue, Duolingo might be a better fit for you. Anyway, this app is great because it uses a relaxed and fun way to teach your kids about letters and their sounds and also some vocabulary. I feel like if I got this kind of app in my generation, my parents would get me one since it’s such an excellent app with a better teacher called Elmo. I mean little kids can be annoying and hard to deal with from time to time and sometimes they don’t listen to your instructions. So an app like Elmo loves ABCs will change the scenario for this situation because kids would think of Elmo as one of their friends so it’s more likely they listen to them and learn something for themselves.

There isn’t a lot more about this app that you necessarily need to know besides this app will take you through A to D and there are songs and videos that will help your kids learn. I think just telling from one side is a bad way to teach so it’s great to see the developers are offering something else with the songs and videos to help the kids to grow and learn. This is a more interactive way of teaching and this app did a good job on that. My favorite part about this app is its ability to make learning and teaching fun. For example, there is a song that Elmo sings for the kids and asks the kids to follow along to explore the world of the alphabet and with a little help from the parents, this app is undoubtedly a great app for kids to learn. There are also elements you will find from the show Sesame Street that will walk you through the details. I love this type of combination between a famous anime series and education apps because they make a great team together.

There are some constant bugs and flaws the game has that parents should be careful about. There is some sort of glitches that stop players from accessing the same old purchased account after they upgrade the app. And no matter what you do or how you do it, there is nothing you can do to recover your data and so you will have to buy everything again. This is quite annoying and I’m surprised the developers didn’t get back on this matter. Also, great points are being made about this app such as the letter tracing feature as a lock that goes back after other activities as the others don’t have any educational level could be noticed by the developers and make some changes based on this sort of recommendations and make the game better. The game also has some gameplay issues that don’t quite allow you to trace the letter smoothly. The game would be so much better and I hope the developers could make some adjustments to this game.
